In today’s post, I’d like to share with you 5 proven ways to dissolve your “Heart Wall”.
My intention is quite simple: I want you to experience the multiple benefits that doing so will add to your life!
Benefits of Dissolving the “Heart Wall”
According to the ancient Daoist tradition, the heart centre is responsible for soul communication, healing, emotions such as love, forgiveness and compassion; life transformation including finances, karma, and soul enlightenment.
Some of the benefits of dissolving your “Heart Wall” include:
- Improved physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health
- Deeper, more loving relationships
- Increased levels of financial abundance
- Greater intuition, creativity, and higher order of thinking
In my coaching practice, I’ve seen clients experience these benefits over and over. 5 Proven Ways to Dissolve the “Heart Wall”
Following are 5 proven ways to dissolve the “Heart Wall”, in no particular order of importance:
1. The Emotion Code
The Emotion Code Method, created by Dr Bradley Nelson, combines the use of muscle testing with magnets. In essence, an Emotion Code Practitioner will use the wisdom of your own body to find out if you do have a “Heart Wall”, and then use magnets to gently dissolve the trapped emotions using your body’s subtle energy system.
2. Singing and Chanting
Thanks to the science of Cymatics (from Greek wave) there’s now growing evidence of the healing effect that higher vibrational sound frequencies have on the human body. You can start dissolving your “Heart Wall” by singing or chanting highly calibrated songs, mantras, or simply by being exposed to them. One of my favorite ways to do this is using Dr. Zhi Gang Sha’s Divine Soul Songs.
You do this by surrendering your “Heart Wall” to a Higher Power (God, Jesus, Mother Mary, Archangels, Qwan Yin, Buddah, Ascended Masters, etc.) and asking them to please dissolve it for you. I’ve witnessed many people dissolve their “Heart Walls” this way. Never underestimate the healing power of prayer that comes from connecting to a higher source of Divine Love!
4. Heart Rhythm Meditation
Primarily taught at the IAM Institute of Applied Meditation, the basic Heart Rhythm Meditation Technique is very similar to HeartMath‘s Coherence Technique, with the main difference being that specific emphasis is placed in developing the qualities and directions of the heart.
5. The Amplified Field Created in a Open Heart Circle
An amplified field – or Masterheart as I like to call it – is a larger electro-magnetic field that is created when a group of people sitting in a circle format come together for the purpose of safely opening their hearts, and connecting with each other.
