Terms and Conditions

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in Gabriel Gonsalves’s program which is conducted by Heart’n Mind Consulting Pty (“THE PROMOTOR”). By registering, you (the “Attendee”) signify your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you have objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not register for or attend the Seminar.

• Agreement. Please read this User Agreement carefully before using www.experiencegreaterlove.com, www.heartnmind.co.za, www.mybeloved.co.za or www.heartintelligencecoach.com or hereafter referred to as: “THE WEBSITE”. This Agreement explains the terms and conditions governing usage of “THE WEBSITE”, and it is your responsibility to read and understand them. By using “THE WEBSITE”, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use this website. 

• Refunds. Refunds are available for all online products sold if you contact us within 30 days of purchase. Furthermore, if you wish to claim a refund on a tangible shipped item, in order for a refund to be processed, the product must not have been opened or used. Refunds will only be issued once the full product has been returned to us.

• Cancelations. You may cancel your order at any time prior to us shipping you the product, although once the product has been shipped, you will be subject to our refund policy above. If you wish to cancel, please email us at info(at)heartintelligencecoach.com or call us on 1-310-574-2477    .

• Delivery Timescales. We will ship your product the next day after receiving your order using US Mail. If orders are made during the weekend, we will ship your order on the Monday. Shipping times should be no more than 2 business days for domestic deliveries and 7 days for international deliveries.

• General Information Disclaimer. ”THE WEBSITE” does not make any warranty, express or implied, or assume any legal liability or responsibility for the completeness or usefulness, or the accuracy or quality of any information presented on the www.heartintelligencecoach.com website. • Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold “THE PROMOTOR” and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or any activity by you on this website.

• Entire Agreement. This User Agreement constitutes the entire and final agreement between you and “THE PROMOTOR” with respect to this subject and replaces any and all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding the subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the User Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by “THE PROMOTOR”
