When your focus in on the outside world, it causes you to match its vibration. Your breathing speeds up and becomes shallow, your mind begins to race, and you start the endless game of comparing yourself to others. The end result is you feel anxious and restless…
Why haven’t I reached my goal yet?
What’s wrong with me?
How can I get there faster?
The moment you catch yourself having these thoughts, that’s when you most need to focus on the inner heart of your being, allowing your attention to come back into alignment with that ‘greater something’ that is breathing you, causing your heart to beat, always loving, guiding, nurturing and supporting you.
This alignment can be easily restored by doing one of the most loving things you can ever do for yourself:
Slowing down to the speed of life by taking a series of deep, long, and rhythmic breaths into your heart.
Then, remembering these three MOST important things:
1) Dedicating your life to a greater purpose, vision, or something bigger than yourself and surrendering your fears, worries and limitations to it, will open you up to new possibilities, attracting both the inner and outer resources that will guide, nourish and support you along your path.
2) There is always a creative solution waiting to be discovered, often right in front of you, if you just take the time to align with the calm and expansive space within your heart, and with the feelings of your vision already fulfilled.
3) You’re not meant to do this alone. There’s more than enough support here for you in the form of friends, allies, mentors and coaches who are walking or have already walked a similar path. Their support can not only guide your next steps, but also keep you company along the way.
Paradoxically, the fastest way to get to where you’re going is to slow down to the speed of Life, the ever-present moment in which your heart beats, and aligning with that Divine aspect of yourself that is already there, in consciousness.
From there, you will see life from a higher perspective and access an inner guiding system that will tell you exactly where to go, what to do, whom to speak to, and how to do it.
With this kind of support you’ll not only go farther than you ever imagined, but you’ll get there faster too!
