Some of us have a job. We see our daily grind as a means to an end. What we receive in exchange for our time and skills pays to support our families, hobbies, or life outside of work. Life and work are two separate things. When someone asks you how you feel about it, you say, “It’s OK, but it’s not my life.”
Some of us have a career. The Spanish word for career is carrera which literally means a race. A career is a job with a built-in ladder that promises a race to the top of success and prestige. With it comes new titles, higher social standing, and the feeling that you’ve arrived. When someone asks you how you feel about your career, you say, “It’s OK, but it sure is taking over my life.”
Some of us have a calling. A calling is something you’re going to do no matter what, whether you’re getting paid for it or not. What you do is an integral part of who you are, your core values in life, and your identity – even if it means great sacrifice at times. You view what you do as a form of self-expression, personal fulfillment, or spiritual satisfaction. When someone asks you how you feel about it, you say, “It’s OK, because this is my life. This is who I am.”
Which one do you have?
There’s nothing wrong with having a job, a career or a calling. What matters most is whether or not you’re fully happy and satisfied with what you have. Because if you’re not happy with what you have it will show in your level of motivation, passion and enthusiasm for life. It will also affect all the relationships you have.
Now, imagine for a moment what it would be like if you could bring your job, career and calling into one. If what you do for work every day is not only a path towards your own definition of success but also the deepest calling of your heart. How would you feel? What would this life be like?
What if you could access that part of yourself that knows exactly who you came here to be, and start creating a lifestyle and a business or practice that is fully in alignment with that. Would you choose it?
Would you embark on the adventure of creating the life you know deep inside your heart you came here to experience, and share openly with others?
If your answer is yes and your higher calling involves helping other people grow, I have an opportunity coming up that I’d like to tell you about:
Starting January 17th, 2017 I’ll be taking a small group of people through a 9-month training program designed to help you awaken and align with your Higher Calling and start creating a life and business that is in greater alignment with your personality type, core values, and purpose in life.
The 2017 Heart Intelligence Coach Training program will provide you with a solid foundation in Heart Intelligence Coaching and equip you with the theory and practical skills to coach others deeply from your heart and build a profitable heart-centered business or practice that supports your ideal lifestyle.
During the 9-months we will be spending together, you will also receive personalized coaching, feedback and mentoring from me towards your professional development as a practitioner, coach, and transformational leader. By the end of the program, your life will be deeply transformed.
As we transition into 2017 – which according to numerology represents a year of ‘New Beginnings’, I want you to consider that before you lies the opportunity for a fresh new start by following the Higher Calling of your heart.
And that the first step is making the conscious choice to start loving yourself enough to courageously go after 100% what you believe and know in your heart is possible for your life.
Can you love yourself this much?
If what I shared here today speaks to your heart and you’d like to explore if the 2017 Heart Intelligence Coach Training Program is for you, please get in touch with me. I’d be happy for us to have a conversation where I can help you determine if this is the right program for you.
From my heart to yours.
